1. Services Provided

Naples Floor & Wall Co. specializes in high-quality interior finishes in Naples, FL, including:

  • Sales & Installation: Wallpaper, flooring (hardwood, LVP, laminate), and tile.

  • Countertops: Quartz sourcing and installation coordination.

  • Consultation: Professional project estimating and site visits.

  • Logistics: Delivery and expert subcontracted installation services.

2. Estimates, Pricing & Validity

  • Non-Binding: All estimates are preliminary until approved in writing by both parties.

  • Adjustments: Final pricing is subject to change based on hidden jobsite conditions, design modifications, or sudden supplier price hikes.

  • Validity: Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.

3. Payments, Deposits & Late Fees

  • Deposits: A deposit is required to secure your spot on our schedule and to order materials. Deposits for custom or special-order materials are strictly non-refundable.

  • Final Payment: Due immediately upon project completion.

  • Late Payments: Unpaid balances may incur finance charges, collection fees, and reasonable attorney’s fees as permitted under Florida law.

4. Scheduling & Project Delays

While we strive for punctuality, project timelines are estimates. Naples Floor & Wall Co. is not liable for delays caused by:

  • Extreme weather or shipping disruptions.

  • Global product shortages.

  • Client-driven changes or unforeseen jobsite discoveries. We reserve the right to reschedule installations to ensure the highest quality results.

5. Installation & Site Readiness

The client is responsible for ensuring the jobsite is prepped (cleared of furniture/debris) and environmentally ready (HVAC operating for wood acclimation). We are not responsible for issues arising from:

  • Unprepared or unlevel subfloors.

  • Moisture, structural defects, or hidden damage.

  • Materials supplied by the client or third-party manufacturers.

6. Product Variations & Natural Materials

By hiring us, the client acknowledges that products like natural stone, marble, wood, and wallpaper possess inherent variations in shade, color, texture, and grain. These natural characteristics are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or discounts.

7. Returns & Refunds

  • Special Orders: Custom-cut materials and special-order items cannot be returned.

  • Restocking: Approved returns of stock items may be subject to a restocking fee plus shipping costs.

  • Services: Fees for labor and services already performed are non-refundable.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Naples Floor & Wall Co. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service or product in question.

9. Florida Lien Rights

In accordance with Florida Statutes (Chapter 713), Naples Floor & Wall Co. reserves the right to file a construction lien against the property for any unpaid balances. The client agrees to cover all collection and legal costs.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, including project photos, logos, and designs, is the exclusive property of Naples Floor & Wall Co. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing Law & Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any legal disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Collier County, Florida.
